How much does it cost?

Our monthly subscription is $12 USD

Shipping is included within the United States and Canada.
For international subscribers, a small additional shipping fee of $2 USD per month applies.

Wherever you are, creativity and connection can find their way to your doorstep.

When will my Maker’s Mailbox ship each month?

The Maker’s Mailbox is open for subscriptions throughout the month.
If you subscribe by the 10th, you’ll receive that month’s edition.
Subscriptions made after the 10th will begin with the following month’s mailing.

All mailings are lovingly prepared and shipped by the 18th of every month from our Detroit studio.

When to expect your mail:

USA: 2–7 business days
Canada: 5–10 business days
International: 7–21 business days

If you sign up after the 10th, no worries! Your first envelope will arrive the following month.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes — you can cancel anytime, no questions asked.

Through our customer portal, you can easily manage your subscription, update your information, or cancel future renewals.

Please note: Because each mailing is handmade and curated especially for you, refunds and returns aren’t available — but you may cancel anytime before your next billing date.

Address and Billing Updates

Please contact us with any updates to your address, billing, or plan by emailing us at: thecreativemakerspace@gmail.com, and let us know that you would like to update your information.
Be sure to make any changes before your automatic charge date so your next shipment reflects your updates.

Will I be charged automatically every month?

Yes. You’ll be charged on the day you sign up, and payments will automatically recur on that same day each month.

If you choose our annual prepaid plan, you’ll be charged once for the year, and it will renew automatically on the same date the following year.

I haven’t received my mail!

If your Maker’s Mailbox hasn’t arrived within 21 days of your shipping notification, please contact us so we can help.
